Ducks Win Against Visiting Avalanche, 2-1 OT
The Ducks were down 1-0 entering the final period and Chris Pronger tied it up at 3:45 of the period. From there, the Ducks looked more confident but no additional scoring ensued and the game went into overtime.
During the five minute extra period, the Colorado Avalanche found themselves on the short end of a 2-on-1 with Chris Kunitz and Mathieu Schneider flying toward the goal. Schneider placed the puck nicely into the top right corner and won it for the Ducks!!!
