Ducks Lose vs. Dallas, 4-2.
The Anaheim Ducks returned home to begin a seven game home-stand and made it a difficult return as they hosted the Dallas Stars.
With a couple 5-on-3 powerplays for the Stars, they took advantage of the poor discipline of the Ducks. The poor play of the Ducks produced three powerplay goals for the Stars as they lead 3-1 at the end of the second.
Chris Kunitz scored his second goal in the third period to cut the lead, 3-2. Unfortunately, it wasn’t enough as Steve Ott scored the empty netter to seal it for the Stars.
