Ducks remain flat against Coyotes, lose 2-1

Well, I was optimistic that we’d pull it off and beat the Phoenix Coyotes last night but while listening to the game on the radio last night, we were flatter than paper and burned as easily as it, too. From what I could tell, we couldn’t keep up with the patient play of Phoenix.

While reading the morning paper, there was speculation that the extra practice sessions that the team went through after their loss to the Kings on Sunday may have contributed to the tired play with the Ducks. Who knows.

Tonight, we’re hosting the Dallas Stars and are in need of a win to make a successful run into the playoff picture. Will see what happens tonight. Go Ducks!
