By this afternoon, surf is expected to diminish below advisory thresholds as the depression continues to weaken. * WHAT...Surf 8 to 12 ft in the morning, quickly diminishing below 10 ft by this afternoon. * WHERE...East facing shores. * WHEN...Until 6 PM HST this evening. * IMPACTS...Moderate.
