* impacts...high...expect ocean water occasionally sweeping across portions of beaches...creating the potential for impacts to coastal properties and infrastructure...including roadways. In addition...expect very strong breaking waves and strong currents. Breaking waves may occasionally impact harbors making navigating the harbor channel dangerous.
